* Planung, Konfiguration und Installation von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
 * Betreuung und Wartung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur
 * Durchführung von System- und Netzwerkanalysen sowie Fehlerbehebung
 * Installation und Administration von Servern, Clients und Peripheriegeräten
 * Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Backup-Lösungen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-Problemen und Schulung der Benutzer
