* Verwaltung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Speicherlösungen)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Überwachung der Systemleistung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
 * Durchführung von Backups und Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im IT-Bereich
 * Implementierung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -maßnahmen
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Endanwender bei IT-Problemen und -Fragen
