## About the Role

+ Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschafts-/Verwaltungswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
 + Erste Projekt- oder Beratungserfahrungen in der Organisationsberatung und/oder im Projektmanagement
 + Zertifizierungen in gängigen Methoden, z.B. PMI und PRINCE2 wünschenswert - gern sorgen wir im Rahmen unseres Qualifizierungsprogramms für eine Auffrischung oder den Erwerb von Zertifizierungen
 + Starke Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine lösungszentrierte Arbeitsweise
 + Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1) in Wort und Schrift

 * On-site, + analysierst du strategische, fachliche und organisatorische Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Kundinnen und zeigst Änderungs- sowie Optimierungsmöglichkeiten auf.
 + konzipierst du Veränderungsvorschläge, prüfst diese auf die Realisierbarkeit und begleitest das Projekt bis zum Go-Live.
 + unterstützt du bei der Modellierung und im Management von Prozessen.
 + gestaltest du Zukunftsthemen und Innovationen im E-Government sowie in der weiteren Verwaltungsmodernisierung.
 + bewachst du den Personalbedarf unserer Auftraggeber und berätst sie bezüglich der benötigten Ressourcen.
