 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen
 * Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Erstellung von Lastenheften
 * Implementierung und Integration von IT-Systemen
 * Projektmanagement und -koordination
 * Schulung und Unterstützung von Anwendern
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
