## Description

* Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei IT-Problemen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.
 * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen.
 * Einrichtung, Wartung und Pflege von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, inklusive Peripheriegeräte.
 * Betreuung und Administration von Windows-Clients, Druckern und weiteren Endgeräten.
 * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Fehlerbehebung in Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365).
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Software und Systemen.
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu IT-Prozessen und Supportfällen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, z. B. bei der Einführung neuer Systeme oder Rollouts.
 * Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter in der Nutzung von IT-Systemen.
