 * Expertise in Monitoring- und Logging-Tools (z. B. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
 * Verständnis von Netzwerkprotokollen und Sicherheitsanforderungen in Cloud-Umgebungen.
 * Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Implementierung, Förderung und Optimierung agiler Methoden innerhalb der Teams.
 * Unterstützung des Scrum-Teams bei der Einhaltung agiler Prinzipien und Förderung eines agilen Mindsets.
 * Organisation und Moderation von Scrum-Events wie Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews und Retrospektiven.
 * Beseitigung von Hindernissen (Impediments), die den Fortschritt des Teams behindern.
 * Förderung der Teamzusammenarbeit und der Selbstorganisation.
 * Unterstützung der Product Owner bei der Backlog-Pflege und der Priorisierung von Anforderungen.
 * Sicherstellen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses durch Feedback und Anpassungen.
 * Förderung der Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Teams und Stakeholdern.
 * Sicherstellung, dass die Teams die Prinzipien von Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe verstehen und effektiv anwenden.
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung agiler Methoden auf Unternehmens- oder Programmebene.
