## Description

* Du treibst die Transformation hin zum agilen Arbeiten voran, indem Du verschiedene Teams dabei begleitest im Arbeitsalltag agile Methoden nach Scrum und Kanban anzuwenden

 * Du führst Retrospektiven durch und begleitest Plannings, gibst Workshops, förderst die Teamentwicklung und stärkst so das Wir-Gefühl

 * Teammitgliedern, Führungskräften und weiteren Shareholdern bringst Du das agile Mindset näher und stehst als Coach zur Seite

 * Schrittweise wächst Du in die Rolle eines Junior Scrum Masters hinein und lebst Dich in das agile Mindset ein

 * Perspektivisch hast du die Möglichkeit in die Rolle des Agile Coach hineinzuwachsen oder spannende Themen im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung begleiten.
