## Description

* Vor-Ort-Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden am Standort Hamburg sowie im Großraum Hamburg bei IT-Anliegen und technischen Störungen
 * Eigenständige Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen in den Bereichen Arbeitsplatz, Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und Peripherie
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows-Clients, mobilen Endgeräten, Druckern sowie weiterer IT-Arbeitsplatzkomponenten
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zentralen IT-Fachteams
 * Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen, der Benutzerverwaltung sowie der Bereitstellung moderner digitaler Arbeitsplätze
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an der Standardisierung, Dokumentation und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Supportprozessen, * faire und marktorientierte Vergütung
