 * On-site, * Förderung und Bereitstellung von End-to-End-Aktivitäten und ERP-Lösungen (basierend auf SAP) für Implementierungs- und Rollout-Projekte
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an der Projektplanung
 * Proaktiv sicherstellen, dass die vorhandenen ERP-Lösungen und deren Fortschritt konsistent zu anderen Modulen sind
 * Durchführung von Best-Practice-Projektdokumentationen in Bezug auf Supply-Chain Management
 * Unterstützung der verschiedenen Geschäftsanwendungen (je nach Fachgebiet) und Lösung von Incidents/Change Requests innerhalb der vereinbarten SLAs
 * Eskalationen gemäß dem Prozess managen und zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Teammitgliedern koordinieren
 * Wissen im Team teilen und beim Aufbau von Kompetenzen und/oder Verbesserung der Leistungsqualität helfen
 * Business Process Mapping: Vorschlagen, Erklären und Anwenden von Best Practices Ansätzen
