This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with our MSP team and directly with customers to design, build, and support virtual environments., * Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments * Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) * Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions * Manage and support virtualization platforms including VMware and Proxmox * Design and build virtual environments for MSP customers, including compute, storage, and networking * Work closely with internal MSP teams and clients to augment existing IT staff and infrastructure * Configure and manage server and storage solutions (SAN/NAS, local and hybrid storage) * Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management * Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before they impact clients * Respond to escalated support tickets and infrastructure-related incidents * Assist with migrations (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, virtualization platform transitions) * Implement and maintain security best practices across all environments * Document systems, processes, and client environments clearly and consistently, * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate * VMware VCP * Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) What Success Looks Like * Virtual environments are built right the first time and scale with client needs * Storage and backups are reliable, tested, and recoverable * Clients see you as an extension of their internal IT team * Issues are solved before they turn into outages * Documentation is clean and usable across the team Why IT Outlet * Work across a wide variety of environments and technologies * Be part of a growing MSP with real impact on client success * Opportunities to expand skills in cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure design * Team culture that values ownership, accountability, and execution Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
