In this role, you will be critical to building, scaling, and maintaining our rapidly growing fleet of high-performance AI infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability for our customers' workloads. This is a contract-to-hire position: an initial 2-3 month contract with explicit intent to convert to full-time W2 status upon satisfactory performance. You'll split time between onsite hardware work and remote system administration, with up to 40% remote flexibility for administrative tasks.
