## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, interface design, and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar design tools.
 * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user experiences.
 * Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise software applications.
 * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
 * Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
 * Knowledge of design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
 * Experience working within Agile product development teams.

 * Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
 * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

 * Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
 * Analyze user behavior and incorporate feedback to improve usability and accessibility.
