## About the Role

* AA degree or 2 years of experience preferably in healthcare.
 * Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 - 2022, Windows 7, 10, and 11 Microsoft Office Solutions and Active Directory, Apple iOS.
 * Experience with maintaining VOIP phone system preferred.
 * Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, database management, technical writing documentation, HIPAA security requirements, hardware selections and installation.

 * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, and other technology to keep clinics running efficiently.
 * Partner with teams across multiple clinic locations to deliver training, support information security initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and help drive innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care and staff productivity.
