This position supports the firm's global HRIS infrastructure and collaborates closely with HR, Legal Talent, Finance, and IT departments to identify system requirements and deliver effective HRIS solutions. The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining functionality across the firm's HRIS landscape, demonstrating proficiency in HRIS concepts, practices, and procedures. A key focus of this role is the implementation and ongoing support of Workday HCM. The Senior HRIS Analyst will participate in Workday deployment initiatives, provide post-implementation support, and ensure optimal utilization of Workday features. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, developing specifications, conducting thorough testing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain sustainable HR technology, systems, and processes. These efforts are critical to delivering high-quality and efficient support and services to the firm.
