## Description

* Lead the cross-functional delivery of a wide range of technology initiatives using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques.
 * Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation.
 * Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to support the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
 * Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex, cross-functional technology projects into prioritized and well-defined execution plans.
 * Provide clear visibility into project status, progress, and key metrics for stakeholders.
 * Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, and develop effective mitigation plans.
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
