You will be the engine of execution. You will operationalize frameworks on the ground, manage complex concurrent programs, and lead execution to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Crucially, as we scale our AI initiatives, this role demands a forward-thinking leader who actively leverages AI and Agentic workflows in their daily program architecture and successfully navigates the unique pacing and unpredictability of AI-driven development.
