## Description

* Beratung und Betreuung im Bereich SAP HCM, ILM, BW mit Schwerpunkt Datenmanagement
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von Datenstrategien innerhalb der genannten SAP-Module
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von ABAP-Programmen für individuelle Kundenanforderungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP ILM für Datenarchivierung und Datenschutz
 * Datenmigration, Datenanalyse und Reporting in SAP BW
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
 * Durchführung von Schulungen für Key-User und Endanwender
