 * 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support mit Fokus auf Netzwerk, Server und IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration und Optimierung von Sophos Firewalls sowie Sicherstellung einer stabilen und sicheren Netzwerkanbindung
 * Unterstützung im Datacenter (Hardware, Rack-Management und Disaster-Recovery-Tests)
 * Mitarbeit an Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen wie Endpoint-Hardening, Firewall-Audits und Active-Directory-Hardening
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Monitorings sowie Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
 * Unterstützung bei Betrieb, Störungen und Migrationen der IT-Systeme
