 * Technisches Verständnis für IT-Systeme, Datenbanken und Schnittstellen.
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
 * Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken mit einer hohen Problemlösungskompetenz.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie JIRA, MS Project oder vergleichbaren Tools.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

* Übernahme der Projektleitung für IT-Projekte, von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT.
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensstrategie.
 * Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen, Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
 * Steuerung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern.
 * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Budget während der Projektabwicklung.
 * Präsentation von Projektergebnissen gegenüber Stakeholdern und Management.
 * Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Methoden, um Innovationspotenziale zu identifizieren.
