 * Be an early applicant, * Projektverantwortung: Budgetierung und Überwachung von anstehenden ERP-Projekten (inkl. Auswahl des Anbieters)
 * Ressourcenplanung für Projekte
 * Instandhaltung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Lösung Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, des CRM- und DMS-Systems
 * Betreuung der rund 98 aktiven NAV-User
 * Direkter Austausch mit den Fachabteilungen für die Anforderungsaufnahme und Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Workflow-Optimierung
 * Erstellung von Konzepten und Reportings
 * Koordinierende Schnittstelle zwischen den Usern und dem externen Dienstleister
 * Administration der SQL-Datenbank
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen
