 * Führerschein der Klasse B, da gelegentliche Reisen zu Kundenstandorten erforderlich sein können.

## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Hardware (PCs, Drucker, Netzwerke, mobile Endgeräte) und Software.
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei IT-Systemen im 1st und 2nd Level Support, sowohl vor Ort als auch remote.
 * Betreuung und Einrichtung von Netzwerken (LAN, WLAN, VPN) sowie deren Überwachung.
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer IT-Systeme und technischer Projekte.
 * Benutzerunterstützung und Schulung von Mitarbeitern bei IT-relevanten Themen.
 * Pflege der Dokumentation von Systemen und Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Serviceberichten.
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur.
