## Description

* Bearbeitung von komplexen IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen, die vom First Level Support weitergeleitet werden
 * Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
 * Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Server, Netzwerke und Peripheriegeräte
 * Durchführung von System- und Netzwerkdiagnosen sowie Fehlerbehebung
 * Dokumentation der Supportfälle und Erstellung von Lösungsdokumentationen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Implementierungen
 * Schulung und Unterstützung des First Level Supports
