## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken bei Kunden vor Ort und per Remote-Zugriff
 * Wartung und Pflege der bestehenden IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Updates und Upgrades
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Problemen und Fragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Erstellung von Berichten
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten, wie z.B. Rollouts, Migrationen und Erweiterungen von IT-Systemen
 * Schulung und Einweisung von Anwendern in neue Systeme und Anwendungen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Datenschutzvorgaben
