* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Eigenverantwortliches und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten

## Description

* Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen mit Fokus auf Enterprise Content Management (ECM) und Dokumentenmanagement-Systeme (DMS)
 * Beratung von Kunden bei der Einführung und Optimierung von ECM/DMS-Lösungen
 * Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen und Fachkonzepten für ECM/DMS-Projekte
 * Begleitung der Implementierung von ECM/DMS-Lösungen und deren Integration in bestehende IT-Landschaften
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Endanwender und Projektteams
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der ECM/DMS-Prozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Sicherheit und Compliance
 * Unterstützung bei der Auswahl geeigneter ECM/DMS-Softwarelösungen
 * Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen zur Fortschritts- und Erfolgskontrolle
