* Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Systemlandschaft, einschließlich Netzwerke, Server, Cloud und Security.
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT-Strategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung.
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister.
 * Sicherstellung des störungsfreien IT-Betriebs, inklusive IT-Service-Management (ITSM).
 * Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten.
 * Optimierung und Standardisierung von IT-Prozessen und Systemlandschaften.
 * Verantwortung für IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz (DSGVO) und Compliance.
 * Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für die IT-Abteilung.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um digitale Transformationsprozesse zu begleiten.
