## Description

* Entwicklung und Implementierung von KI-Lösungen basierend auf Open-Source-Frameworks (z. B. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
 * Analyse, Auswahl und Anpassung geeigneter Open-Source-KI-Tools und -Modelle zur Lösung unternehmensspezifischer Herausforderungen
 * Betreuung der End-to-End-Implementierung von KI-Projekten, von der Datenakquise über das Training bis hin zur Modellbereitstellung und Überwachung
 * Optimierung und Skalierung bestehender KI-Anwendungen und Anpassung an spezifische Unternehmensbedürfnisse
 * Beratung und Schulung von internen Teams zu aktuellen Open-Source-KI-Frameworks und -Entwicklungen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien bei der Nutzung und Bereitstellung von KI-Lösungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Identifikation von Use Cases für KI-gestützte Automatisierung und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen
