## Description

* Leitung des IT-Onsite-Support-Teams an verschiedenen Unternehmensstandorten
 * Verantwortung für den 1st und 2nd Level Support sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Koordination von Störungs- und Problembehebungen, Eskalationsmanagement und Schnittstelle zum IT-Management
 * Schulung und Entwicklung des Support-Teams sowie Ansprechpartner für technologische Weiterentwicklungen
 * Optimierung und Standardisierung von Support-Prozessen, um Effizienzsteigerungen zu erzielen
 * Überwachung der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und der Qualität des IT-Supports
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
