 * Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und einem agilen Mindset.

* Entwicklung und Wartung von skalierbaren Backend-Lösungen mit Golang in einer Cloud-basierten Umgebung.
 * Architektur und Design von Softwarelösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team.
 * Leitung von Projekten und Anleitung von Junior-Entwicklern bei der Implementierung von Best Practices in der Golang-Entwicklung.
 * Optimierung und Refactoring von bestehendem Code zur Verbesserung der Leistung und Skalierbarkeit.
 * Implementierung von API-Schnittstellen (REST, gRPC) für die Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Services.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps-Teams, um eine nahtlose Integration von neuen Funktionen in Produktionsumgebungen sicherzustellen.
