The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, product ownership, stakeholder management, and Scrum practices. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product vision, manage product backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule This position follows a hybrid work model with rotating teams: * Week 1: Team A works onsite (Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday); Team B works remotely. * Week 2: Team B works onsite while Team A works remotely. * Saturday and Sunday are off., * Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and product vision. * Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Prioritize the sprint backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, analytics, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. * Drive product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. * Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. * Coach Agile teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement. * Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth sprint execution. * Monitor sprint progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. * Partner with business leaders to define product strategy and roadmap. * Identify opportunities, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the product lifecycle. * Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with product management, marketing, and business teams. * Track product performance after launch and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights. * Foster a collaborative environment where teams take ownership and continuously improve product delivery., Are you a senior developer who enjoys architecting enterprise solutions, working with modern Azure technologies, and influencing technical direction?
