## Description

The Center for Social Impact is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to join our team. This paid position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data gathering, synthesis, and analysis. This position will be working directly with the Assistant Director and will provide support to the Center's programs. The Data Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our outreach efforts and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our programs., * Gather and organize data from various sources, including surveys, event attendance, and programs.

 * Synthesize and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support the Center's initiatives.
 * Assist in the preparation and compilation of the annual report, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
 * Collaborate with the Strategy Impact Fellows and Assistant Director to support data-driven decision-making.
 * Prepare visualizations, charts, and reports to communicate data findings effectively.
