+ Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)

 + Strong experience in data conversion, migration, and data quality management

 + Proven ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns

 + Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development

 + Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities

 + Strong client-facing presence with the ability to articulate solutions, lead technical discussions, and support sales efforts by instilling confidence with prospects and stakeholders

 + Demonstrated ability to support business development by leading technical solutioning discussions, presenting to prospects, and serving as a trusted advisor in client-facing engagements

Preferred Qualifications:

 + Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)

 + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses)

 + Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale Workday implementations

 + Experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)

 + Knowledge of security frameworks, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
