Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions., * Two-year degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar required. * Minimum 2+ years' experience in software and hardware end user support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows platforms. * Experience supporting end user programs and researching problems to find long-term solutions. * Broad knowledge of PC/mobile hardware and Remote PC control tools. * Ability to coordinate with outside vendors on support issues. * Certifications are a plus. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
