## About the Role

* · 5-10+ years of experience supporting PERS, RTLS/Locator, IoT, or embedded systems.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, firmware, networking, and systems integration.
 * Working knowledge of Linux or Windows Server environments, TCP/IP networking, and basic database concepts.
 * Experience working directly with customers and coordinating with offshore R&D teams.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Perform testing and validation on all samples sent to customers.
 * Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues reported by customers.
 * Conduct on-site visits to reproduce issues and support root cause analysis when necessary.
 * Provide technical support during product evaluation, pilot runs, and mass production.
 * Analyze field failures and work with R&D in Taiwan to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
 * Verify bug fixes and firmware releases before delivery of a device to the customer.
 * Support the integration, system configuration, and interoperability testing.
 * Assist customers with installation and product demonstrations.
