 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

 * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 * Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative., * Valid driver's license.
 * Ability to travel for up to 2-3 months when business needs require.
 * Reliable transportation.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

## Description

As a Quality Assurance & Scheduler Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring the accuracy and quality of field work., * Make a high volume of outbound quality assurance calls to verify completed work.

 * Confirm information submitted by field staff and identify any discrepancies.
 * Review and audit completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
 * Document findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
 * Upload, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and electronic records.
 * Enter data accurately into databases and tracking systems.
 * Assist with scheduling staff, appointments, and daily assignments.
 * Provide administrative support as needed.
 * Help identify trends
