## About the Role

+ Minimum 3-5 + years of proven experience in Workday technical roles with hands-on ownership of integrations and technical design across Workday modules.

 + Demonstrated experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, with deep expertise in Workday Studio and integration development (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs), including designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions.

 + 3-5 + years of experience analyzing requirements, producing technical specifications, conducting unit and system testing, troubleshooting complex issues, and partnering directly with functional teams and business stakeholders.

 + Strong ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using delivered and custom Workday tools.

 + Experience supporting integrations and data flows across core Workday modules such as HCM and Financials; exposure to Student is a plus.

 + Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

 + No travel required, unless requested by the client.

Preferred Skills & Experience

 + Holds an active Workday Certification (Integrations certification strongly preferred; HCM, Financials, or Student certifications are a plus).

 + Experience supporting Workday in AMS / Managed Services environments, including Tier 3 incident management and ongoing client support.

 + Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, including designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex integrations. Experience with BIRT or reporting tools is a plus.

 + Experience supporting medium to large-scale Workday implementations or post-production environments across multiple functional areas.

 + Experience with automation, inbound/outbound integrations, and end-to-end data flows within Workday.

 + Strong proficiency with Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, and supporting testing or data validation activities.

 + Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior consultants, reviewing deliverables, delegating work, and contributing to team development.

## Description

The Integration Lead will partner closely with functional and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate brings advanced experience in Workday integrations and Studio, along with a strong working knowledge of core Workday modules such as HCM, Financials, and ideally Student.
