## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations

 * Experience managing projects in manufacturing environments
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
 * Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
 * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations
 * Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments
 * PMP or equivalent project management certification
 * Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ERP deployments

Work Environment & Expectations

 * Regular interaction with cross-functional business teams and leadership
 * Frequent coordination with external implementation partners
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Travel as required

## Description

The ERP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role will lead the deployment of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at a large-scale facility, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and external implementation partners, while driving accountability, risk management, and overall project governance., Project Planning & Execution

 * Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
 * Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
 * Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

 * Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT
 * Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
 * Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management

 * Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
 * Develop mitigation and contingency plans
 * Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed

Vendor & Partner Management

 * Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners
 * Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards
 * Coordinate internal and external resources

Governance & Reporting

 * Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths
 * Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions
 * Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions

Cutover & Go-Live Coordination

 * Develop and execute cutover and go-live plans
 * Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teamsSupport stabilization efforts post go-live
