* Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.
 * Support Engineering Excellence initiatives through analytics and performance reporting.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.
 * Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
 * Implement best practices for dashboard design, usability, scalability, and performance.
 * Create and manage data models, extracts, and performance optimization strategies.
 * Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
 * Partner with Engineering, PMO, and Business teams to deliver reporting solutions.
 * Automate recurring reports and manage scheduled reporting cycles.
