## About the Role

* Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
 * Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
 * Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
 * Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management), CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management).
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation in the organization?s use of ServiceNow., * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.

 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
 * Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
 * Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team?s technical growth.
 * Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
 * Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
 * Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
 * Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
