Experience, Education & Certification Requirements * CISSP certification is strongly desired. * Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or three (3) years' experience in network security management and response services. Availability Requirements * Primary schedule: Overnight shift (6pm-6am). * Occasional on-call coverage may be required. * Flexibility to work on a 24x7 basis when required. * Ability to work early and late when scheduled in advance. * Ability to work from home office space & Internet connection required. Travel Requirements * Less than 5% travel, if any. Physical Requirements * Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams via phone and virtual meetings. * Occasional on-site work may be required, including handling network or server equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. ## Description Monitor and identify threats on customer's network and perform necessary triage on the events before escalating.
