## Description

* Verantwortung für den First- und Second-Level-Support über Ticket-System und Hotline
 * Wartung, Pflege und Austausch der IT-Ausstattung der Anwender sowie der Peripheriege-räte vor Ort
 * Assistenz bei der Administration von VPN-Zugängen, WLAN-Infrastruktur und Mobile Device Management (MDM)
 * Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung der Office 365-Strategie
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung der zentralen Softwareverteilung
 * Administration der Microsoft-Infrastruktur in virtualisierten Umgebungen (VMware)
 * Überwachung und Instandhaltung der IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur
