## About the Role

* You have at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a comparable role
 * You have strong SQL skills and enjoy working with data on a daily basis
 * You have hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt
 * You have experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
 * You understand data warehouse concepts and enjoy translating business questions into scalable analytical solutions
 * You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * You work independently, take ownership, and approach challenges with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
 * You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
 * You are based in or willing to relocate to the Hamburg area and enjoy collaborating with your team on-site on a regular basis

## Description

* You partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
 * You build and maintain reliable, scalable datasets and reporting tables using SQL and modern transformation tools such as dbt
 * You design, develop, and optimize dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
 * You perform analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
 * You define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
 * You ensure high data quality through testing, validation, and structured analytical workflows
 * You contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics ecosystem by enhancing documentation, standards, reusable assets, and best practices
 * You take ownership of specific focus areas within the team and actively strengthen our overall analytics capabilities
