In this fast-paced, highly visible role, you'll provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise and ancillary applications used by up to 600 employees across every department. From troubleshooting urgent technical issues to improving support processes and documenting business workflows, you'll be a key problem-solver and trusted partner for teams throughout the company. This position is ideal for a proactive, solutions-driven professional who thrives under pressure, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and wants to make a meaningful impact by strengthening operational efficiency and supporting Bachman's continued growth., * Provide Tier 2 support for Enterprise software applications used by the business units and real-time interfaces.
