 * Betreuung von Windows-Clients inklusive Fehleranalyse und Behebung.
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie Patch-Management.
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemperformance und Verfügbarkeit.
 * Verwaltung von Backups und Durchführung regelmäßiger Wiederherstellungstests.
