## Description

* Unterstützung und Beratung der Endanwender bei der Nutzung von SAP-Systemen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Problemen im SAP-Umfeld
 * Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Customizing
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Anwenderdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Workshops
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Einführung und Optimierung von SAP-Lösungen
 * Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -integrität im SAP-System
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen IT-Teams zur Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Systemlandschaft
