## About the Role

Do you have experience in Computer operation?, Dynamite Fiber is looking for a reliable and motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is currently remote, but we plan to open an office in the future, and the role may later transition to an in-person position.

We are seeking someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment., * Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

 * Strong communication and phone skills
 * Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
 * Organized and detail-oriented
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 * Customer service experience is a plus
 * Administrative assistant or call center experience preferred but not required

## Description

* Contact customers to reschedule appointments generated by our door-to-door sales team
 * Follow up with customers who missed scheduled appointments
 * Make outbound calls to applicants to schedule job interviews
 * Enter and update customer and applicant information in Excel spreadsheets
 * Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
 * Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
