 * Grundlegendes Verständnis von Cloud-Technologien (z.B. Microsoft Azure, AWS) und Backup-Lösungen
 * Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und ein strukturiertes Vorgehen bei der Fehlerbehebung
 * Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Administration, Wartung und Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Firewalls, Backup-Lösungen)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und Anwendungssoftware
 * Verwaltung von Benutzern und Berechtigungen in Active Directory, Exchange und anderen Systemen
 * Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Datensicherheit und IT-Sicherheit (Virenschutz, Firewall, Verschlüsselung)
 * Unterstützung und Troubleshooting im 2nd und 3rd Level Support bei auftretenden IT-Problemen
 * Durchführung von System- und Software-Updates sowie Patch-Management
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Performance der IT-Systeme durch proaktive Wartung und Monitoring
 * Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten zur Erweiterung und Optimierung der IT-Landschaft
