## Description

We are hiring an IT Administrator who will serve as the primary technology support resource for a Nebraska-based organization. This person will manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple field locations, including hardware, networking, POS systems, ERP platforms, user support, and troubleshooting. The role is highly hands-on and field-based, requiring someone comfortable working independently, traveling between sites, and resolving technical issues from start to finish.

Responsibilities

 * Support desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and store technology across multiple Nebraska locations
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
 * Administer and support Eagle, Epicor, and related business systems
 * Manage Wi-Fi infrastructure, security systems, and user access
 * Travel between Nebraska locations to provide onsite technical support
 * Act as the sole internal IT resource for the organization
 * Partner with leadership to identify operational technology needs
 * Own technical issues through full resolution and follow-up
