We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee business systems operations, coordinate technical service activities, and support reliable system performance across the organization., * Manage daily enterprise systems operations and business technology workflows

 * Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, business users, and internal stakeholders
 * Monitor system performance, service requests, issue resolution, and operational reports
 * Support system updates, documentation, user access, and process improvement initiatives
 * Assist with technology planning, workflow optimisation, and service quality monitoring
 * Maintain clear communication with departments and service partners
 * Ensure system activities follow company procedures, security practices, and operational standards
