## Description

* Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden in den SAP-Modulen Employee Central (EC) und Human Capital Management (HCM)
 * Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen in SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM
 * Customizing sowie Integration von SAP EC / HCM in bestehende Systemlandschaften
 * Unterstützung bei Migrations- und Implementierungsprojekten
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender und Key-User
 * Fehleranalyse, Support und kontinuierliche Optimierung der SAP-HR-Prozesse
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams zur Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Landschaft
