## About the Role

 * Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python oder .NET Core).
 * Solide Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken (SQL und/oder NoSQL).
 * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z. B. Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) und Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes).
 * Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, GCP) sind von Vorteil.
 * Verständnis von DevOps-Prinzipien sowie agilen Methoden und Tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Entwicklung und Optimierung von Webanwendungen und Softwarelösungen im Frontend und Backend.
 * Implementierung und Pflege von APIs und Schnittstellen zwischen Systemen.
 * Analyse und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in agilen Entwicklungsprojekten (Scrum/Kanban).
 * Gestaltung und Umsetzung benutzerfreundlicher Oberflächen mit modernen Frontend-Technologien (z. B. Angular, React, Vue.js).
 * Entwicklung von leistungsstarken und skalierbaren Backends mit Frameworks wie Spring Boot, Node.js oder .NET Core.
 * Integration von Datenbanken (relationale wie MySQL/PostgreSQL und NoSQL wie MongoDB).
 * Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität durch Testautomatisierung, Code-Reviews und Dokumentation.
 * Optimierung der Performance und Skalierbarkeit bestehender Anwendungen.
 * Mitwirkung bei Architekturentscheidungen und der Einführung neuer Technologien.
